Who is responsible

The data controller is Francisco Manuel Leveque Zamora (NIF 39360950-S), Spain, reachable at hello@quantic.es.

What we collect and why

  • Account data (email; name and avatar if you sign in with Google) — to operate your account. Legal basis: performance of contract.
  • Portfolio data you enter or import (holdings, trades, dividends, targets, settings) — the product's purpose. It's private by default; community sharing is strictly opt-in per surface. Legal basis: performance of contract.
  • Usage analytics (page views, feature events) — to understand what to improve. Processed with PostHog on EU infrastructure. Legal basis: legitimate interest.
  • Payment data for Quantic Pro — handled entirely by our merchant of record as the seller of record; we store your subscription status, never card details. Legal basis: performance of contract.

We do not sell personal data, run third-party advertising, or use ad trackers.

AI features

When you use an AI feature (summaries, the assistant), relevant slices of your portfolio data are sent to our AI model provider to generate the response, and are not used by us to train models. AI features are optional and rate-limited.

Processors we rely on

Hosting infrastructure; PostHog (analytics, EU region); Resend (transactional email); Google (optional sign-in); Telegram (only if you link the bot); our merchant of record (payments); and our AI model provider (AI features). Each receives only what its function requires.

Retention and deletion

  • Demo accounts are deleted automatically after roughly 24 hours.
  • Your account data is kept while your account exists.
  • Deleting your account (or emailing us) removes your personal data; billing records that tax law requires the merchant of record to keep are retained by them.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you can access, rectify, export, restrict, object to, or erase your data. Export is self-service (Settings → Your data, open formats); for anything else email hello@quantic.es. You can also complain to the Spanish supervisory authority (AEPD, aepd.es).

Cookies

Quantic uses only functional cookies: your session, and preferences like language and active portfolio. No advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
